Delivery Information

We will always get your document pack to the post office within 48 hours of receipt of your order - usually less if you have not ordered at the weekend or on a bank holiday (Documents ordered after 8.00am Friday may not be posted before Monday). For electronic delivery you will also receive an electronic copy of your title deed, map, letter of welcome, master title deed and information about Glencoe Wood via e-mail in addition to the full set of documents.   Once we have posted your documents we are unable to influence how quickly your package is delivered.  Please order in good time to avoid disappointment.

UK Shipping

1st Class Delivery:  Royal Mail aim for 1-2 days, but  please allow up to 3 working days.

Special Next Day: Guaranteed next working day delivery (Monday to Friday) for documents and goods to most UK destinations.  Please note that the service is less than reliable.  We find that despite the claims made by Royal Mail, a disturbing number of "Special Next Day" packages fail to reach their destination next day.  If you really really need it next day, you will be much safer ordering electronic delivery in addition for £2.
