To reach the Highland Club from Inverness please note the following:
Heading out of Inverness follow the A82 sign posted Fort William. Similarly, if you are coming from Fort William follow the signs for the A82 to Inverness. The Highland Club is situated in the pretty village of Fort Augustus and lies on the shores of Loch Ness. The Highland Club is well signposted within the village.

Inverness has direct daytime services to London King’s Cross, Edinburgh, Glasgow and an ‘Overnight Sleeper Service’ from London Euston and many other en-route stations such as York and Newcastle.

The site boasts fabulous facilities throughout. Indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and steam room, tennis court, croquet, table tennis, giant chess, boules and other activities are available within the grounds of the Abbey.
The Monastery lawn, with loch-side barbecue area and seating is set on the green space between the Monastery and the loch.
The Boathouse Restaurant, on the shore of Loch Ness, is on site just a few minutes’ walk from your apartment and the Highland Club Lounge with billiards table, a table football game, wireless internet access and comfortable seating is at the other end of the cloister walk – great for rainy days in with or without a family!
