Hearts and souls have been put into the building, furnishing and decorating of the apartments for your enjoyment. Please be kind enough to observe the following:
At Highland Titles, we remain deeply conscious of the impact we have on our surroundings. Our apartment has been sensitively restored in alignment with our core values. Details of how this has been achieved are set out below.
Our beds are made by local business Highland Blind Craft
In its full production factory in Inverness, Highland BlindCraft employ 19 highly skilled visually impaired and disabled people, along with 4 other able-bodied individuals. Designing, manufacturing and selling: beds, divans, mattresses, headboards and chairs to the highest standards.
The sofa, armchairs, curtains and soft furnishings used in the apartments have all been made in the UK (mostly locally).
We have used low energy lighting and energy saving light bulbs throughout the apartment.
The apartment has been painted using paint by Little Greene
Little Greene is an independent, British paint manufacturer, committed to the socially and environmentally responsible production of high-quality paints and wallpapers. Their paints and wallpapers represent 300 years of decorative history. Referencing the key periods of interior design, from the 17th century to the late 20th century, they’re committed to an ongoing research programme, and are proud to breathe new life into the best colours and patterns from the past.
A family-run business, with their own factory nestled in the foothills of Mount Snowdon in North Wales, they are the only British paint maker still producing a complete range of traditional and modern finishes.
Our high quality bedding is eco recycled using fabrics and fibres made from recycled materials to make quality fillings and fabrics.
The majority of our furniture is vintage and a number of white goods from the previous owner have been reused. Any residual furniture left by the previous owner has been donated.
