However, as cases of coronavirus increase across the world we, along with other organisations, are experiencing problems delivering to customers in a few countries. the current list of countries that are not currently accepting mail from the UK is HERE. If your country is on the list, rest assured that your package is safely stored here in Scotland and will be shipped to you just as soon as mail deliveries resume in your country.

My country is not listed! What should I do.
Please do not simply select a different country and then email us. We cannot usually change your delivery address before it is shipped. Instead, email us first and we will add your country (if it is not on our list of countries we do not ship to). There are 657 different countries, most of which are not relevant. We do not expect to receive an order from Dronning Maud Land and it is simply inconvenient to display it. However if you are a scientist working at the Norwegian Polar Institute there, we will add Dronning Maud Land to our list of countries.
We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses. These are not international addresses. There is an assumption, that because the addresses reside in a foreign country, military mail goes through an international postal carrier. This is not so. APO/FPO mail goes through United States Postal Service-Priority Mail.

Shipping by Royal Mail
1st Class UK Delivery: Royal Mail aim to deliver next day, but may often be slower than this. Please allow up to 5 working days.
Special Delivery Guaranteed™: Guaranteed by Royal Mail next working day delivery (Monday to Friday) for documents and goods to most UK destinations. This is delivery the next working day after it is shipped (it will normally be shipped next day unless you order Friday or Saturday) not after you order. Please note that the guarantee to deliver your package next day is made by Royal Mail, who deliver it, not by us. Should your Special Delivery Guaranteed™ take longer to arrive we will be happy to refund the charge on behalf of Royal Mail, but Highland Titles cannot accept responsibility for the late arrival of your order.
We aim to get your physical document pack to the post office within 48 hours of receipt of your order – usually less if you have not ordered at the weekend or on a public holiday (Documents ordered after 8.00am Friday will not be posted before Monday as we do not work at the weekends). You are also able to download an electronic copy of your Certificate from your account in addition to the full set of documents in the mail. Once we have posted your documents we are unable to influence how quickly your package is delivered. Please order in good time to avoid disappointment.
Delivery to Europe is expected within 7 – 10 working days, and to the Rest of World within 10 – 14 working days.
We offer several Royal Mail tracked services for delivery worldwide. When you order we will supply you with a tracking code, which you can check on the Royal Mail website.
How to Track your Delivery?
Track your item lets you check the latest delivery information of any trackable items you’ve sent, or that have been sent to you.
If you’ve used Royal Mail Signed For® (which is not a tracked service) you can still use Track your item to confirm whether it has been delivered. And if so, see a copy of the signature we obtained.

How do I use it?
To use Track your item, just enter your 13 character reference number without any spaces and follow the instructions.
