Some people say that the wild haggis was hunted to extinction, whilst others say the loss of their natural woodland habitat made them easy prey for predators. And yet, sightings continue to be reported across the remotest parts of the Highlands.
We believe that if we can replant the area known as Haggis Hill at the Highland Titles Nature Reserve with native, Scottish trees, the wild haggis will return.
In 2026 alone, we will plant 14,000 trees and the cost of the fencing alone is staggering.
