Please include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the item(s). Please note we do not refund your postage or gift wrap and engraved or personalised accessories cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.

Any merchandise products which have been made to order upon request cannot be returned for refund or exchange, unless the item is faulty. This is stated on product descriptions of all items that are made to order.

Please note, refunds are not available for digital products, such as Eco Download Plots, Digital Master Title Deeds, App Access Cards, or Adopt a Cow certificates, in accordance with UK consumer law due to the nature of digital items.

Should you wish to return a product to us, we recommend you use a tracked/signed for delivery service as we cannot make a refund until the item has been received by us.

We cannot refund the cost of your shipping the product back to us.
